Paid Supplier Invoices Reconciliation

• We will sort, code and match supplier invoices with payments  and reconcile 

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval such as Purchase Orders

• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records

• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices

Reporting, filing and Cloud Storage

​

• We will produce monthly financial and management reports​​

• Assist in general management and analysis inquiries

• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
